Here's Why Anything Less Than an Enthusiastic *Head Nod* Is Costing You Big Money

Everyday, with credit card, check, or online payment, your most valuable customers are buying from your competitors with the hopes of getting performance you could be providing to them

question is...

Are they opting-away because you can't deliver as promised?

Whether you run a service-based or product-based business, or any combination of the two, the success and growth of your business depends on the answer to this question.

If you know WITHOUT A DOUBT that you are not serving as many QUALIFIED, ready-to-buy customers as you should because you're too busy working in your business to work strategically on it

...or...

Your current internal systems and processes are chaotic at best and as a result you are left running around like a chicken with its head cut off...

then keep reading...

Because what follows could easily be the most pivotal moment you look back on in just a few weeks time when you're growth initiative is on fire and your customer base is growing like gang-busters because these customers are not afraid to buy what you deliver and they're willing to pay for it

But First...

The Million Dollar Question

(And Why I Still Cringe Hearing It)

When you tell people you're in the process of growing or building or maybe even saving your business, you probably get asked this often...

...maybe everytime

By business cohorts, potential business partners, mastermind groups, and concerned spouses

It's asked with the best intentions

But still, here you are, an accomplished business person, squirming under a virtual microscope peering STRAIGHT into the heart of what you'd really rather keep covered

Especially if you already have a great offering and you're doing EVERYTHING you can think of to get the changes up and running as planned, yet you're unsure if this time things will end up different - not the same as all the other times - lots of work, little reward

What's the question?

So, how long

WILL IT TAKE TO 2X YOUR BUSINESS? (or 3x or whatever "x" it is for you)

OUCH

Cringe-worthy indeed. Makes me wish I was better at politics so I could answer without answering.

Because, here you are, running a going concern, working to keep customers happy and satisfied while at the same time juggling needed growth initiatives to stay ahead of your competitors - and in my mind, there is no tougher set of things to do than to grow while sustaining, launching new initiatives to attract new customers while keeping the existing customer base happy and satisfied.

It's really tough, and many things often don't go right the first time, if they go right at all.

And it all makes you feel like you've forgotten how to run a business because you can't, although you believe you should be able to, give a timetable for results.

Before every new initiative, I remember what answering that question is like...

Trying to explain the reality you live in, the unexpected complications that come up, and still being looked at as if you are making excuses.

Yet there I am, just like you, working mega hours every day, trouble shooting pieces of technology that are supposed to work together for the solution set - but don't, and the painful part - the slow build back to where you were before you ever began the changes.

And if you're getting ready for first time growth, holding out hope that all your work IS oriented correctly to give you the results you need so that you can quit taking a loss, start supporting your family, and someday take a well deserved day off.

Or if you are growing, growing like gangbusters maybe, but internally, things are pure chaos. You have changing customer requirements, are going around establised processes that used to work but keep being put aside just to satisfy this one customer - and then changing everything yet again for the next customer - wondering if the extra growth is worth the loss of sleep, the increased churn in employee turnover, and the exploding time spent explaining to customers instead of serving customers.

It was that monthly review of the money in my bank account (or the lack there of) that served as a constant reminder that my efforts were currently in failure mode when it came to revenue build - not just new capability build.

It is that constant fear in your gut that this time you won't make it.

And yet, that fear gave me something

And it gives you something, too

Because that single question and the ACTIONS you take to finally answer it with unshakable confidence and conviction hold the key to your business growth

But before you can CONFIDENTLY take those actions, you must first get intimate with:

The 7 Reasons You're Still Cronically

STUCK GOING IN CIRCLES

(and how to start moving ahead right now)

1. I have to do it all myself to get it right.

Doing everything yourself isn't new - hey, you started this business doing just that

But now, working days and nights to make sure things are done correctly to satisfy your customer base...

You're still right where you began - older, while also more, if that's possible, stressed out because of everything that has to be done....

- update and modify your CRM tool, onboarding processes, employee training on your systems and tools, ...

- develop the campaign to let people know you are the one for them, develop the copy or hire/oversee/review work of/pay the copywriter, find a print shop that can do what you need in the time you need it, find someone on your staff or maybe an intern or a freelancer to place the copy online in the appropriate system to reach wanted customers, pay for ads

- run the day-to-day business, solve the problems, talk to customers, close the sale....

All that by 9 am

It all needs to be done and you need help because business is much more complicated these days

It's all about having that person or team of people - and sometimes having the clarity yourself - to competently understand the initiative and execute by-step with your complete confidence that they will achieve what the initiative is designed to produce

What you need:

Confidence to double down on communicating your vision, the results, and the boundary conditions that others completely understand in the same way you do to enable big wins for growth and revenue.

2. We can't pull back on current business just to open new market, grow, or launch new offer.

You're right - you can't - unless you are willing to give up the revenue and begin gathering customers and sales completely from scratch again

Not appealing and definitely hard on the bank account

Yet, then again...

Customers are expecting more, competitors are providing more, and you're left wondering when will I be ignored because I don't offer more too?

The trick is to phase in "more" with managable chunks whenever possible to improve your existing business activities while also building for the future.

What you need:

An easily understood map of how things will change when with a universal understanding of why things are changing so that chaos never enters, bank accounts are secured, and existing customers aren't left wondering what just happened to all the good things we used to depend on from your business.

3. We're burning through cash too quickly to change what we're doing now.

But think of it this way: how much more will you burn through when you finally give up on the cash burning "what you're doing now" stuff and make the decision to change?

Change needed quickly because time was lost.

Change needed quickly because it's more expensive to change later in a reactionary mode rather than now in a carefully planned preventative mode or in planned growth mode

With little idea of exactly how to successfully proceed, quickly or otherwise.

What you need:

To leverage the capabilities you now have and creat a spot-on plan for growing additional capabilities (which means you hire exactly the talent needed/buy the exact tech when needed) so that quick becomes a series of sensible, step-by-step, managable, growth progressions.

4. I tried using experts before and all I got was taken to the cleaners.

It can be really, really tough to figure out who can help, and who just did a great job of marketing.

Most "experts" and "consultants" actually only know what they used to do in their previous jobs. And they are now the "experts" and "consultants" because they are in between jobs, not in a career to help you and your business.

The result, you get taken to the cleaners.

What you need:

A solid understanding of what you want and need to achieve to add customer value with a carefully crafted plan that allows you to realistically map out what your company must prepare for while you activate internal company energy and excitement to move forward.

5. We're just not in the right market to grow. Or, others have more market power than we do so it's useless to try and compete.

Sometimes those statements are true, but rarely.

Every market needs disruption and your unique offering should be that disruption.

Take a look around. Are there large, maybe very large companies in your market? They didn't start out large. No one handed them a customer base. They built it by creating something unique and valuable that customers valued - and it wasn't always the product they were selling.

Their huge market may seem impenetrable, but at one time, their market wasn't their market - they had to penetrate it just like you need to do now.

Is it all marketing? No

What you need:

An irresistable Must-Have built by aligning your strategic direction, operational activity, marketing, and valuable offerings to your customers' values. A Must-Have others try to copy but cannot because you have all the correct ingredients in all the correct amounts - not difficult to create, but impossible to copy.

6. We're different than other businesses so neither courses or coaching will help.

Yes. And no.

Often hen handlg the unknown or when making changes, a tool set or piece of technology is brought in just because other successful businesses are using it.

When that tool set or tech is force fit into your business, meaning results are less than desirable, the immediate thought is that it didn't work because, hey, we're different.

You are different and not truly understanding how to enunciate that difference is why tools and tech are purchased without the appropriate and aligned requirements created up front that would have pointed to the correct tools and tech to handle your differences AND get results.

What you need:

A surefire system of outlining requirements that captures your differences, where you want to take your different company safely and rapidly so that you get the results you need and your customers expect now - instead of several years of fighting ill-fitting tools and tech later.

7. We don't have time to follow a formula - we just need to work on stuff when we can.

If you don't care what results you get or how long it takes to get somewhere - anywhere - and you have limitless cash resources, this is an ok strategy.

- people happily work on things that might produce meaningful results

- investors can't figure out exactly what those results might be, which means big risk to them and a finding of unfundable to you

- customers end up confused because everyone is moving in a different direction, no one seems to be in charge, and customers (teh ones you want spening money with you) end up going in circles trying to get answers (so they look for an exit - often to your competitor).

If you want to get somewhere fast, you and your team together must follow the same formula to move forward together.

What you need:

An organized method of laying out processes, authorities, responsibilities, and required results hinging on a reliable communication plan where the time spent on communication is more than made up for by achieving desired results in set amounts of time. Results that stack together nicely because your initiative was built to do so from the start.

Cynthia is a highly effective business strategist and I would recommend her for any strategic opportunity designed to move a business forward. I just finished Cynthia’s Performance Management program, where everyone was required to identify an area of improvement or a business opportunity.

The program was incredible! The methodology guided us through a systematic approach that allows us to identify, design, evaluate, and ultimately helped me determine the viability of a new service offering for our GS1 Standards consulting company.

I loved participating in the live online classes, working with other business owners with similar problems and opportunities, and seeing them reach their AH moments. Cynthia is amazing as an instructor; she is very knowledgeable and able to shift gears based on the discussion as well as keep the class on track. Cynthia is always available for questions. She did an excellent job of explaining complex information and how it applied specifically to our specific businesses.

For Your Business, This Is...

The Most Profitable Question You'll Ever Ask

Experts estimate 75% - 95% of VC backed businesses fail - ever wonder why that is?

That simple statistic alone can have you questioning why, if the experts with all the money can't figure it out, how can you be expected to as a small or midsized business owner?

More importantly (and lucratively)...

How can small businesses start defying the statistics to grow and scale sustainably?

Scalable Business Sucess Method

That is the question small businesses repeatedly ask me and the one I developed the Scalable Business Success Method to answer.

Traditional business experts tell you to sell, sell, sell your product/service.

They never talk about the internal performance it takes to handle what you sell.

They never discuss the complete chaos that outselling your internal capability creates.

They never explain how to know when you need to do something different inside to keep you in business easily when you're increasing sales on the outside.

And they never provide insight as to how what you do on the inside allows you to make those new sales.

But...

What if we saw ourselves not as selling machines that had to constantly bring in new customers to cover our losses because we're bleeding out old customers...

Or desperately in need sales due to lack of cash flow that fixing internal chaos is causing...

And what if our systems worked to support us instead of the other way around?

What if we, as successful small/mid sized business decision makers who are tasked with creating new reality, new customer experiences, and a series of micro-actions to stabilize your business allowing predictable growth and increased customer satisfaction that practically sells itself?

What if we treat our business performance infrastructure not as red tape and "just get it done somehow"....

But as a transforming aspect of what we do to improve our customers' lives and experience?

Maybe you don't know that by implementing the Scalable Business Success Method I'm about to share with you, you'll have the power to...

  • Streamline what is required inside your business so that you can work on your business
  • Quickly adjust to new customer demands - IF YOU CHOOSE TO because you will understand exactly what it will take internally to support the changes (time, money, chaos of going around established systems...)
  • Enjoy a boost in revenue because you can deliver what you promised without burning the midnight oil to get it done
  • Build continuously with modular tools built specifically for small businesses to prosper
  • Eliminate chaos because even the newest person understands what is expected and how it is to be done
  • Find up to 30% more capacity without buying new systems, new tools, or hiring new people because you're now organized for business profitability
  • Work with your team with confidence knowing the results you imagine will become real
  • Answer with confidence when asked "How long will it take to 2x or 3x or whatever-x your business?"

YES, these are outcomes within reach whether you are trying to grow, de-chaos, increase profits, improve performance for the first time or for the 10th time.

...but they depend on having a logical, easy-to-use, easy-to-learn approach

'Cause here's the thing...

You don't want to feel powerless over what is at the very heart of your business.

You literally cannot afford to.

But you also can't afford the time to leave your business for extended periods of time (at least, not at this point) or sit in front of your computer watching hundreds of training workshops and how-to videos on various subjects as you try to piece solutions together.

Or worse, lose customers and forever remain the doer instead of the leader because poor business performance makes it difficult to keep employees - or even pay for them.

And if you're still with me ---- the end of chaos and feeling like your just chasing-your-tail is in sight.

Cynthia's the founder of Process & Strategy Solutions and the creator of Performance Magic.

For years, small and midsized business owners asked Cynthia for something affordably priced to give them cost effective, experienced consulting proven to help and grow small and midsized businesses in ways they could easily implement without pulling them away from their business activity for long stretches of time.

She added to it industry experience to make sure the right products were out on time, to spec. Finally, she adjusted everything she developed to fit inside the boundary conditions small and midsized businesses, who gave her their requirements, want.

And now, it's ready. Streamlining activity without requiring an army of 6 Sigma or Lean experts. Systematizing tool use you already have in unique ways. Performance Magic

The most complete "what do we do now" small/midsized business performance success sytem that you DEPEND ON to grow, streamline, strategize, and align what needs to happen every single day by leveraging powerful, up-to-date, built-for- small business insights and performance tools

I've invested years of careful development, testing, reformulating, and working with other small/midsized business decision makers just like you

  • Business owners who've struggled to build a sustainable business; one that employees can't wait to get hired into, as well as one that allows them to enjoy life with family and friends without having to constantly choose between which one gets slighted.
  • Midcap businesses that have stagnated revenue and no matter what they do, they can't get it growing again.
  • Businesses of all sizes that recognize that despite the setbacks and frustrations, there is no getting around the need for things to work better inside so that the business can build the momentum required to attract and keep customers.

The Result...

A systematic method that creates business Performance Magic. You get crystal clear "can't fail" tool sets flexible enough to use however you need to drive, align, and organize your business

Here's how: THE 8 WEEK BREAK DOWN

1. Aligning Performance Before Your Customer Asks For It

This one item sets up the direction for everything we'll be doing in our modular, build-as-you-go format. Getting the performance mix correct means you're differentiated without having to create a whiz-bang invention or investing lots of money in marketing and imaging. Your image will speak for itself through the raving fan testimonials you get because you deliver exactly how your customers want.

If you don't get this correct, you are doomed to a business of hampster wheel activity and sleepless nights.

Worse yet, your customers will head off to your competitors.

2. The Big Picture For Smaller Businesses

Without requiring an Ivy League business degree, you'll have a strategy that works and grows with you - in language you and your team can easily understand. Even better, it's flexible enough to mold to meet investor requirements, bank policies, or integration needs with bigger companies.

If you don't do this because it's "too esoteric" or only necessary for big businesses - you'll find yourself going in circles because people truly do not understand what your business uniquely offers them.

3. Building the Real Deal

All businesses have times when they are catching up, but, if having to catch up repeatedly happens and customers start to think your right hand never knows what your left hand is doing, then you've got trouble. Luckily, the solution is simple, repeatable, and everyone in your business, no matter what level, can use it.

You are the solid business everyone trusts because you have your act together

4. Confidence Building Trustworthiness

People and other businesses are easily scared away by promises they just can't trust because there's no proof that you can handle the new needed agility, or capacity, or be responsive to their needs. Doing business with you becomes a matter of whether or not potential customers, or partners, have the time and resources to take on new risk.

But never fear: you will thwart all fear because you'll have beat-them-to-the punch and already-adjusted-to-eliminate-risks they fear. It makes contracting and sales easier and builds trust before you even get started.

This is an aspect of business most small and midsized businesses never do and their revenues suffer for it. Your revenues will be fine - in fact - better than fine because simple risk analysis helps your business avoid expensive pot holes looming in your road ahead.

It is a critical mastery to have when times get tough.

5. Pulverizing Popular Myth

Agile is quite the buzz word these days. But it has deep meaning for you because it's one of the critical elements embedded in the way you do business. And you know the true agile, which is oh so much more than most businesses understand. And when understanding happens, your people, that every other business now wants, stay with you because your business is the innovative business, the business where employees are allowed to solve problems creatively, within bounds and without throwing the business into chaos. Creativity most people long to use to help customers - and your people do - that keeps customers coming back and buying again and again.

Without this aspect of business properly employed, you become just another spouter of buzz words: unable to adjust as promised, starting a vicious cycle of going around your systems and layering on thick layers of confusion.

6. Essentials of Doing Business

Most small businesses are lost when it comes to finance, cash flow, the reality of project costs. Somehow, there has to be an easy way to keep costs in line so that the prices charged are enough to cover internal and external costs.

Worry no more. By making sure your project and initiatives, even for things as seeminly simple as onboarding a new customer correctly, have real processes - the resulting costs will stay in line. You'll know how to track them too so that you never get those end of month surprises again.

7. Merging Outside and Inside For Speed

Planning for the future is always tenuous at best. In business, getting it wrong is a huge reason why chaos exists inside your business. Using time-proven techniques adjusted for small businesses, you'll be able to plan not only what will be needed when, but who will be needed when, and what is unique that is coming your way.

You know the old saying: Failing to plan is planning to fail.

You're planning to succeed

8. Transforming Business

Iron-clad how-to-pull-everything together to make your business a single unit, not a bunch of individuals trying to do the best they can to the best of their understanding. Big businesses call it silo busting.

We'll also work on understanding change and how it is viewed by others. Your performance strategy smooths the path to increased collaborative behaviour - as opposed to passive aggressive behaviour designed to keep the status quo.

Finally, you'll get to see the culmination of the single case study we use througout this entire course. Plus, you'll have worked on your own performance strategy and tool kit. You know exactly what is possible and where your efforts will take you.

It's magic.

Perhaps the biggest help to us as a small business was that the Performance Magic course forced us to think deeply about what we were doing and wanted to do. This made it easier to make a very difficult decision that I knew had to be made, but didn't feel comfortable making. I did it. Making that decion removed a lot of stress and ended up helping our business with where it was now and our cash flow.

 - A.D., custom consumer products

Our guarantee:

First, we 100% guarantee that if you do 100% of the work, 100% of the time you will get results

Results you don't have to wait years to see. Most people see results by week 8 of the course and continuing well beyond the course's 8 weeks.

You no longer have to keep doing the same old thing hoping for a different result - remember, that's the definition of insanity

Performance Magic is an investment in your business and its ability to get results you want and customers pay for.

One new client or upsell and Performance Magic pays for itself - every other new client or upsell increases the ROI on your strategic investment.

Many clients end up adjusting their pricing structures (always up) to accurately portray the real value of their offerings. They are amazed at the number of clients that stay on and are even more amazed when the clients they keep are the exact ones they want most to serve.

When clients choose to decrease pricing, it is for a new offering of lower value to cusomers, or for an existing offer that has been adjusted (fewer options, less work) to better fit customer needs.

Questions your fellow CEO's, Presidents, leaders, and decision makers had before saying YES to Performance Magic

1. This sounds great and we want to do this - but right now we're spread way too thin and just barely keeping our heads above water. How much time will this take?

I hear you

And more, as a small business owner, I understand you.

I, too, have snuck in quick naps snuggling in a blanket on the floor of my office just to get things out before morning

When just one more thing added to my already long list of To-do's would finally break the camel's back.

 But there's the thing...

By entering into Performance Magic with a specific problem to solve or initiative to build, you get aligned, organized, and streamlined from the very beginning, freeing you up from the never ending catch up you're currently playing. And all it takes is about 1 hour per week to view online the step-by-step training/consulting session and then, on average, about 3 hours spread over the week to do the homework - which is actually the stuff you have to do anyway, just optimized and targeted from the get go.

You can continue running your business in a spread-too-thin working without a game plan manner if you choose to.

If you know right now that "business as usual" is unsustainable. That the unacceptable, exhausting effort you expend just to keep up - meaning that you barely have the energy to smile and get excited about telling potential customers about your offer - then we insist you find a way to block off the time.

On our end, we promise to spare you from sessions of marketing-only pitches, fluff, or pure theory brain dumps - you'll get action packed, exactly what you need now insight and how-to's.

These are the very things you need to implement now, and especially if things are rocky, to streamline what you do and align to your cusomers profitably.

2. I'm already burning through cash and am scared of adding bloat that will force me to spend more with minimal payback. Is this work going to demand that I hire more people?

Maybe yes, maybe no

It is not a requirement - you make the requirements based on the planning you'll be doing inside Performance Magic. Planning on how to best run your business and provide value to your customers.

Minimally, businesses are quickly finding more business hour capacity because they eliminate waste trying to guess what is needed, trying this then trying that, instead of doing the things known to be neeed based on the performance your customers demand and you map out.

If you do decide to bring on new team members, there will be a definite, result driven reason (not "I need more hired help just to figure out what we need to be doing").

A reason based on increasing sales volume, value added offers allowing for upsells, or internal operational expansion to streamline even more - which ends up allowing for more sales and more value added offers... You are creating a virtuous growth cycle.

You hire with confidence having specifically created hiring requirements that focus on performance, not just skill sets. It means you get the right people, not just people needing a job. Hiring transforms from being just another business expense we have to cover to a business expanding option.

3. Isn't growth just a function of great marketing and a good offer?

Only up to a point.

You can rely on the marketing-offer combination to bring in customers for the first sale

You must rely on excellent performance to bring in the second, third, fourth, .... sale

You already know it is much more expensive to bring in new customers than to upsell existing customers. Offers get positive response because customers know you deliver, on time, to their requirements. They never question if they should buy because they are uncertain if you really can do what you say. They know you can and do.

A careful blending of performance with marketing and your offer is what is new to business. Even the largest of businesses don't often get it right (think Toys R Us or Sears). You will. And because it will become the natural way to think through your business activities and initiatives, you'll be scaling in ways even the largest businesses will envy. Your tech and processes all align because that is how you planned it from the start.

Everything grows with you, easily, even if you add new performance criteria. That flexible performance is what we'll be working on the entire 8 weeks, step-by-easy step.

4. We already subscribe to local business journals, research business journals, and read books on these topics. Can't we just skip the formality and pick your stuff up on our own on our own time?

We do the same - and journals and books are great - as long as you have the baseline understanding of how to piece it all together

A baseline that is rarely found in any of the writing because business is changing too fast. Baselines have changed. Methods have changed. Assuptions have changed. The traditional viewpoints and slight improvements that used to work no longer work.

Our mission here is extremely targeted, focused, and outcome based. It's about getting you ready to compete effectively in today's changing economy - no matter what direction it is heading.

It is why you bring in a business problem or initiative to work on during our 8 weeks together.

Your ability to provide insight on additional needs in the course is how the collateral that is currently in the course came to be. It speaks to the nuance you need for your specific business.

The ability to submit your ideas for new collateral comes with your course registration. It might not be immediately available, or end up in the form you envisioned, but all good ideas are melded in somewhere somehow.

5. I didn't get an MBA, and actually have no formal business training. Do you think I'll be able to understand what you're teaching and be able to put it into action?

Yes

My entire career is built on transforming difficult concepts into easy to use tools, step-by-step methods, and result driven activity and that forms the basis for this course - that and the fact that other small businesses have already used these methods and gotten results without having formal business degrees.

You are the best person to align and transform you business because you have the vision and the belief necessary. The rest is obtaining new learning that you must embed to make your vision and belief work for you and your team.

That combination, your vision and belief, along with Performance Magic learning on new performance requirements for successful businesses, it is why every hour you invest in Performance Magic will have exponential payoff.

You'll leave behind your doubt about your fitness as a leader and unlock the potential of you and your company.

By the time you are done with the course, you'll have the confidence you want, the demonstrated ability to successfully lead in times of great change, and the internal contentment that things are going as they should, smoothly, focused, and fulfilling your leadership vision.

6. Can I bring in my decision making team without having to pay for each one individually?

To get access, everyone needs a paid account.

But, since this course works best when your decision makers work through this course with you, you can contact us and we will give your additional leaders a discount on their registration.

Having a team work through the sessions together means you're immediately able to get right down to work hammering out specifics instead of wasting time reteaching what was taught during the session. Plus, the sessions will be recorded and made available to you and your team each week.

This makes it easier to rapidly get the results you and you customers want to see and are waiting for.

For group rates (all individuals require unique business domain email addresses for your business), contact us at Success@ProcessStrategySolutions.com Use "Performance Magic Group Rate" in the subject line.

Performance Magic is perfect for you if...

1. You want too grow and have been doing things that SHOULD work but have not worked. You are just not attracting or keeping the customers you want to continue working with. Or not in the quantities of customers you want. And, you're not exactly sure what to do about it.

2. You want to expand your offerings or enter new markets, but you can not afford to waste time and money getting things wrong, or even slightly misaligned to what is really wanted and needed. No poor first images to overcome for you - you want it right directly out of the box. This is especially important because competitors are watching and are eager for you to mess this up.

3. You have been in business for a while, sales are going well, but inside, things are chaotic and unorganized. Everything was going smoothly before, but now, you just can't seem to keep things in order. You may be missing important deadlines or staying up later and later just trying to keep everything organized. Something needs to be fixed and you need more than just a "closet organizer" approach.

4. Your business has been in existance for at least 2 years, or you have an experienced management team, which means you have insight into exactly what customers expect from you, but you don't know how to align performance or create a meaningful and distinctive performance mix customers will reward you for.

5. You have no problem investing a few hours a week, as long as it provides meaningful results for your company. Every bit of energy invested must be strategic. Meaningful steps forward must result. You need to see the ROI in increasing profit, streamlined activity, targeted and consistant performance.

6. In fact, you are ALREADY investing time, money, and energy on this, doing things like communicating more often with your team, figuring out which tech might help streamline back office work, and other things you keep hearing you "need" to be doing, but none of it seems to fit with anything else you are doing nor does it bring you the relief you seek.

Without a clear strategic direction, you cannot orient, or even choose, correctly which of the pieces SHOULD be chosen. And this leaves you with crippling overwhelm and underperforming "helpful aides" that really just cost you time and money.

7. You're aware of all the profitable doors that will open up, especially if you are already trying to open them. New markets, new access to markets already opened, adjacent market entry, new customers to serve profitably...And you're DOUBLY excited about new ways of doing business that leads to new offerings customers want to buy.

8. You are excited about growing your business without having to hire an army of workers or adding even more chaos - in fact, you'll eliminate chaos and start off more effectively using the team you already have. Even if you've been sidetracked before or let down by another offer, you're currently feeling a wave of new optimism, knowing that soon you'll be plugging your business into super easy-to-follow, effective and proven methodology specifically designed for small and midsized businesses. Activity that will catalyze growth, compound winning customer work, and launch you into new markets you formerly only dreamed about.

9. You feel confident grabbing your log-in knowing that you have a week's worth of training and collateral to evaluate: it's simple, either you do the work and experience the profitable results starting with figuring out the performance alignment for the work you'll be doing - and then launching big time into fine-tuning and targeting performance along with the customization that only your compay will offer, enabling growth while at the same time, being organized and calm.

If you found yourself nodding your head to at least 5 of the 9 points above, you owe it to yourself, your business, and your customers to give Performance Magic a shot. And when you click that button to register, know that I absolutely CANNOT wait to meet you inside of Performance Magic

Business Essentials: Performance Magic is a hands-on course for small businesses that want to grow now, not later. For best results, the business should be at least 2 years old or have an experienced management team. As stipulated by law, we cannot and do not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. That’s because, in the end, the results you achieve are all up to you and the work you choose to put in to obtain them. We'll be guiding you each step of the way, providing live sessions, how-to guides, checklists, bonus sessions, and more. This is not a get-rich-quick scheme. It is a proven system of building business to enable aignment and meaningful communication combined with tools and methods specifically designed for small businesses to scale effectively allowing them the flexibility to chose to: connect into large company supply/service chains, grow significantly by opening new market areas/improving performance/adjusting activity, provide increased value to better serve customers (and keep them). You will be building solid foundational pieces that can be used to attract investment. However, you will have to put in the work to acheive the benefits. You've come this far and shown you're interested, for which we are grateful. We are writing this to let you know this is the real deal. We're responsible for providing the training. Your responsible for your commitment and results.
